Sr Chargemaster Clinical Spec (Exempt)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Chargemaster Clinical Spec (Exempt) based in the United States. As a Senior Chargemaster Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate healthcare charge description masters (CDMs) to support compliant billing, appropriate reimbursement, and operational excellence across multiple healthcare facilities. You will ensure that chargemaster structures align with clinical services, payer requirements, and applicable government billing regulations. Working closely with clinical teams, revenue cycle professionals, coding specialists, and technology stakeholders, you will help standardize processes and improve financial accuracy. You will also provide ongoing support for electronic health record implementations, particularly Epic, ensuring that clinical and financial workflows remain consistent and effective. This fully remote opportunity combines healthcare expertise, regulatory knowledge, and technology-driven process improvement. Occasional travel will be required for implementation support, training, and site visits.
