Electrical BIM Modeler

This is a remote position. We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate electrical BIM models for various projects in India and USA both. Key Responsibilities: - Create and develop Electrical BIM models in Revit. - Model lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, panels, and ELV systems. - Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs. - Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines. - Create and modify Revit families. - Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA/QC procedures. - Assist in project estimation and documentation. Requirements Requirements: - Proficiency in Revit (MEP). - Must have experience handling USA projects independently - Strong understanding of electrical systems. - Experience in clash detection and coordination. - Knowledge of BIM standards and construction documentation.
