NOC Support Engineer

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Network Operations Center (NOC) Support Engineer to support the stability and availability of critical global network infrastructure. In this role, you will monitor network operations, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, and coordinate incident resolution across large-scale IP networks. You will work with technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and routing protocols, alongside leading networking equipment and vendor support teams. As part of a global technical operations team, you will contribute to incident management, network maintenance, and service reliability. The position involves direct customer interaction, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to deliver effective technical support in high-pressure situations.
