Fractional Head of Finance

You will operate at the intersection of AI infrastructure, data centers, real estate, energy, and project finance. The role will involve structuring site and equipment financing while evaluating complex commercial and partnership models. You will build the financial models that connect deployment costs, power, compute capacity, utilization, pricing, and returns. Working closely with founders, investors, lenders, landlords, and advisors, you will turn ambitious infrastructure plans into financeable projects. The position begins on a fractional or part-time basis, with potential to expand into a broader finance leadership role as the business scales.
