Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech)

In this role, you will oversee non-technical recruitment activities, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and efficient end-to-end recruitment processes. You will take ownership of recruitment performance, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities to continuously improve hiring strategies and workflows. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, you will help build strong professional relationships and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You will also contribute to the development of the recruitment team through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
