Vice President, Global Environmental, Health, and Safety

Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Global Environmental, Health, and Safety based in United States. This executive role provides strategic leadership for global environmental, health, and safety programs across a complex manufacturing organization. You will shape enterprise-wide EHS strategy, policies, governance, training, and accountability frameworks while driving a proactive safety culture. The position also leads sustainability initiatives, ensuring programs align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and measurable performance standards. Working with regional leaders, senior executives, customers, and safety professionals, you will build consistency and share best practices across international operations. You will lead through influence in a matrix environment while developing teams, strengthening organizational capabilities, and supporting continuous improvement. The role also oversees key initiatives related to workers’ compensation, environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, and workplace safety. This is a remote, U.S.-based executive opportunity requiring international travel to manufacturing sites across the Americas and Europe.
