D365 Lead Architect

Dynamics 365 Lead Architect Ready to shape enterprise technology strategy, not just individual solutions? We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 Lead Architect to lead the architecture of complex, enterprise-scale business applications and act as a trusted technology advisor to senior client leaders. You’ll combine deep expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform with strategic architecture leadership, helping clients translate ambitious business outcomes into scalable technology strategies and delivery roadmaps. This is a role with influence beyond individual projects. You’ll set technical direction, shape new opportunities, establish architecture standards and develop the people around you, while helping grow our wider Dynamics architecture capability. What you’ll be doing: - Lead discovery and translate complex business, functional and non-functional requirements into enterprise solution architectures and delivery roadmaps. - Architect solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform, covering data models, integrations, security, environments and application lifecycle management. - Define the right extension strategy across configuration, Power Platform, plug-ins, custom services and Azure integration services. - Own architecture strategy, governance and assurance across engagements, setting a high bar for technical quality, scalability and risk management. - Support origination, proposals and estimation, shaping solution strategy and architecture for new Dynamics 365 opportunities before delivery begins. - Guide developers, architects and functional consultants through complex technical decisions, including design and code reviews and resolution of critical delivery challenges. - Establish reusable architecture patterns and engineering standards, while mentoring architects and senior consultants to strengthen capability across the practice. - Build trusted relationships with senior client and business leaders, influencing technology strategy beyond individual programmes and projects. What we’re looking for: You’ll bring: - Deep experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions within complex enterprise environments. - Strong knowledge across security, integrations, data migration, performance, resiliency, ALM and governance. - A track record of leading multidisciplinary technology teams and providing clear architectural direction through complex programmes. - Experience acting as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite and senior business stakeholders, translating between business priorities and technology decisions. - Experience contributing to origination, solutioning, proposals or practice growth alongside delivery responsibilities. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex architecture decisions and trade-offs clearly. - The confidence to challenge, influence and set technical direction while bringing delivery teams and clients with you.
