Technical Lead, Learning Platforms

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead, Learning Platforms based in United States. This is a senior, hands-on engineering leadership role supporting a multi-tenant workforce platform that connects direct care professionals with employers across participating states. You will combine deep software development expertise with technical leadership to build, improve, and maintain scalable production applications. A major focus will be on learning management system integrations, identity and access, APIs, and reusable platform capabilities. You will remain close to the code while guiding developers through architecture, code reviews, technical decisions, and engineering best practices. The role also offers the opportunity to introduce responsible AI-assisted development into coding, testing, automation, and documentation workflows. You will work closely with product, program, technical, and public-sector stakeholders to translate complex needs into reliable solutions.
