The opportunity: This is an opportunity for a senior leader who combines strong business understanding with the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical technology-enabled solutions. Our client is seeking an individual who will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, establish transformation priorities and oversee initiatives designed to enhance operational effectiveness, simplify processes and enable new ways of working. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on responsibility for execution. Its success will be measured not simply by the delivery of technology projects, but by their measurable impact on business performance, efficiency and the experience of internal stakeholders. Operating within a complex international environment, the successful candidate will also collaborate with colleagues across markets, exchange best practices and identify opportunities to scale effective solutions more broadly. Key responsibilities: - Translate business priorities into a clear transformation roadmap, aligning technology-enabled initiatives with strategic and operational objectives - Evaluate and prioritize transformation initiatives, considering their business impact, feasibility, investment requirements and expected outcomes - Identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions, using automation, data and AI to improve processes, productivity and operational effectiveness - Oversee strategic transformation programs from concept to implementation, ensuring effective business case development, delivery, adoption and benefits realization - Partner with senior business leaders and technology stakeholders, building alignment, facilitating decisions and ensuring close collaboration across functions - Lead a dedicated technology transformation team, setting priorities, overseeing the development and implementation of solutions and ensuring close collaboration with business stakeholders - Collaborate with international teams, exchanging best practices and identifying opportunities to scale successful solutions across markets - Lead organizational change and cross-functional initiatives, addressing implementation barriers and building engagement around new technologies and ways of working - Define and monitor transformation success measures, ensuring that initiatives deliver tangible and sustainable business value Experience and capabilities: We are interested in individuals with a strong track record of delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives in large, sophisticated organizations. The ideal candidate will bring: - Proven experience in leading complex transformation programs, with responsibility for delivering measurable business, operational or technology-enabled change - Strong ability to connect business needs with technology, translating organizational challenges into practical solutions and working effectively with technology and delivery teams - Experience gained in large, complex organizations, ideally including multinational corporations, financial institutions, Global Business Services / Shared Services, telecommunications or B2B services environments - Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, establishing priorities, challenging assumptions and translating transformation objectives into tangible outcomes - Practical understanding of digital technologies and innovation, including business applications, process automation, data-driven solutions and opportunities created by AI - Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and drive decisions within complex, matrix organizations - International experience and exposure, ideally involving collaboration across countries or responsibility for regional or international transformation initiatives - Fluency in both Polish and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders in local and international business environments We welcome candidates from diverse industry backgrounds.
