Chief Growth Officer

The Chief Growth Officer will architect and execute an enterprise-wide growth strategy designed to accelerate sustainable, profitable revenue growth. This executive will unite commercial execution, brand and consumer engagement, product innovation, market intelligence, and sales around shared growth priorities. The role will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen competitive positioning and create long-term enterprise value. A key focus will be translating consumer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies across channels, categories, products, and markets. The position will also guide major commercial investments, customer leadership initiatives, and emerging opportunities such as new business models, routes to market, and strategic ventures. Success will require strong executive leadership, financial discipline, organizational scale, and the ability to align complex functions around a compelling growth agenda. This is a fully remote, full-time executive position with supervisory responsibilities and a broad enterprise-wide scope.
