Key Responsibilities - Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work - Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work (will be a few cases) - Possess superior analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills - Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members - Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions - Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product - Maintain an average of 160 hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management Experience & Requirements - 4+ years of third-party coverage insurance defense - Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary with bonus opportunities - Remote work environment - Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverage - 401(k) with employer matching - Additional reimbursable expenses approved by firm management - Generous paid vacation Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 / year Originally posted on Himalayas
