Senior Manager - Legal, Risk & Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager – Legal, Risk & Compliance based in India. The Senior Manager – Legal, Risk & Compliance will provide strategic leadership across legal affairs, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management for an India-based Global Capability Center (GCC). This senior role is responsible for ensuring that business operations meet applicable Indian regulatory requirements while aligning with the policies and standards of a U.S.-based parent organization. You will advise senior leadership on legal and regulatory matters, strengthen internal controls, and develop frameworks to identify and mitigate organizational risks. Working closely with global stakeholders and external legal advisors, you will help maintain operational resilience and protect organizational integrity. You will also build and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement.
