Salesforce Admin Leader

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Admin Leader based in India. This is a senior, business-facing Salesforce leadership role responsible for the stability, governance, and continuous improvement of a complex multi-cloud environment. You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring strong security, data quality, release management, and user experience. The role spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ/CLM. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, turning technical concepts into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps. The position combines hands-on platform administration, DevOps and release management, troubleshooting, governance, and change management. You will also drive adoption, training, documentation, and platform optimization while identifying opportunities to leverage underused capabilities.
