Protective Services Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Protective Services Manager based in the United States. This individual contributor role is responsible for protecting senior leaders, employees, assets, and business operations through proactive, risk-based security strategies. You will coordinate executive protection, travel security, event security, and other protective services across dynamic environments. The position combines hands-on security operations with risk assessment, planning, crisis response, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external security partners, law enforcement, and emergency services to maintain a strong security posture. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to respond quickly when security situations evolve. You will also contribute to security technology, training, audits, after-action reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
