Shopify Store Manager (E-Commerce Specialist)

Key Responsibilities Store Management - Manage multiple Shopify stores day to day: products, collections, pages, navigation, variants, and pricing - Keep store content accurate and ensure the shopping experience works well on desktop and mobile - Independently troubleshoot technical and operational issues Product Launches & Promotions - Plan and execute product launches, pre-launch campaigns, and landing pages - Set up discounts, bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and seasonal campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas) - Test all promotions before going live and coordinate with marketing and product teams Conversion Rate Optimization - Analyze and improve conversion rate, AOV, and the overall customer journey - Optimize product pages, landing pages, and mobile UX; support A/B testing - Track KPIs in Shopify Analytics and GA4; share clear performance updates - Handle on-page SEO: product titles, meta descriptions, and page speed Bilingual Content (English & German) - Manage English and German store content - Write, translate, and localize product descriptions and campaign content using AI tools for German, with a final quality check AI & Automation - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content creation, translation, troubleshooting, SEO, and data analysis - Identify and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency Requirements - Proven hands-on experience managing live Shopify stores - Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, theme editor, apps, metafields, metaobjects, discounts, and Shopify Markets - Experience with CRO and a solid grasp of e-commerce KPIs - Regular, practical use of AI tools in daily work - Excellent written and spoken English - Ability to manage German content using AI with quality oversight - Independent, organized, and ownership-driven working style Other Details - Full-time remote position with a long-term outlook - Ownership of multiple Shopify stores in a small, international team - Freedom to bring your own ideas and improvements - Monthly salary: USD 600–800 depending on experience - Open to candidates from Pakistan, the Philippines, and worldwide Originally posted on Himalayas
