Job Title: Associate Forward Deployed Engineer: Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote The Role We’re hiring Associate Forward Deployed Engineers to support data ingestion and customer data operations. You’ll work alongside FDEs to execute scoped technical workflows: preparing and transferring data, monitoring ingestion jobs, validating results, communicating status, and escalating issues. This is a junior, hourly role for engineers who are technical, reliable, and comfortable operating with clear processes and guidance. What You’ll Do - Size, prepare, and transfer customer datasets. - Execute and monitor data ingestion workflows. - Validate transfer results and identify discrepancies. - Communicate status, blockers, and follow-ups with customers and internal teams. - Maintain clear handoffs and operational documentation. - Identify gaps or unexpected behavior and escalate when needed. - Handle sensitive customer data with care.
