ML/AI Engineer (GenAI & LLMs)

We’re looking for an ML/AI Engineer for a global leader in gaming technology, based in Barcelona. This is a priority position for the company. You’ll join an established ML team with mature systems in production, and take part in the team’s first projects with LLMs, RAG and AI agents. 🚀 What you’ll do - Deploy models that improve gameplay, player experience and operational efficiency. - Take data and modelling pipelines in Python and SQL to production, and raise the code quality of the team. - Explore use cases with generative AI, RAG and agentic AI. - Build Streamlit tools so non-technical teams can use your models. - Monitor models and communicate results to the business. ✅ What we’re looking for - 5+ years applying ML to real-world problems, from data to deployment, ideally in large companies, corporate environments or well-known consultancies. - Strong Python and advanced SQL on large data warehouses. - Cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure), Docker and Airflow. - Experience building applications with LLMs, including API integration. - Interest in or early experience with RAG. - A plus: agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI). 🎁 What we offer - 📍 Hybrid model in Barcelona: 2 days on-site. - 💶 Competitive salary based on experience. - 🧠 ML in production and generative AI projects from day one. - 🤝 A collaborative team across product, data and engineering.
