Vice President, FP&A

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, FP&A based in the United States. As Vice President of FP&A, you will lead the evolution of a modern, technology-enabled financial planning and analysis function within a high-growth, AI-driven healthcare environment. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis while building scalable processes that support long-term business growth. Working closely with the CFO and executive leadership, you will provide critical financial insights to guide investment decisions, optimize resource allocation, and improve business performance. You will drive the transformation of traditional finance operations through automation, advanced planning platforms, and AI-powered tools. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape the future of the finance function. You will also lead and develop a talented team while strengthening financial visibility, operational efficiency, and cross-functional decision-making across the organization.
