Senior Security Engineer (Security Operations & Automation)

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Security Engineer to implement and maintain technical security controls across our payment and core infrastructure, and to automate compliance evidence collection across our security tooling. Key Responsibilities - Configure and harden systems, network devices, and application platforms to meet payment security standards (PCI DSS v4.0.1) - Build automation workflows and API integrations to collect and normalize security telemetry - Maintain integrity monitoring and asset inventory synchronization across cardholder data environments - Run vulnerability scans, manage PAM solutions, and drive remediation with DevOps/Infra teams Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years in security engineering (Linux/Windows, Network Security, Cloud) - Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell), REST APIs, JSON/YAML - Practical knowledge of PCI DSS, vulnerability management, SIEM and PAM - Relevant certification from Security domain are plus What Do We Offer - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing fintech environment - Dynamic team culture focused on innovation, learning, and impact - Competitive compensation and development opportunities - Flexible working hours - Hybrid form of work - Annual medical examination - Travel and meal allowance - Christmas allowance, gift for a child - Multisport or PassSport card (50:50 model) - Modern office space (free office refreshments & dog friendly office) #Monri
