Solution Architect - Open-Source Workload Automation

Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end system architecture for the Proof of Concept and target state enterprise deployment - Define scalable workload automation solutions using opensource technologies - Design architecture across platforms integrations data flows security availability resilience and observability - Translate business objectives and functional requirements into actionable technical designs - Define deployment scaling reliability and integration patterns for Kubernetes based platforms - Design Kafka integration and event streaming patterns - Define workflow orchestration and automation patterns using Airflow or similar technologies - Provide technical leadership during architecture design and engineering discussions - Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure solutions are buildable operable and supportable - Create and maintain architecture diagrams Architecture Decision Records roadmaps and nonfunctional requirements - Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to define CICD automation deployment and operational readiness standards - Ensure the platform meets enterprise security compliance performance scalability and maintainability requirements - Guide the transition from Proof of Concept to a production grade globally scalable platform - Evaluate technical options document trade-offs and align stakeholders on architecture decisions To be successful in this role you should have - 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture System Architecture or an equivalent senior engineering role - Proven experience designing largescale distributed systems - Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API based integrations - Experience designing enterprise workload automation or workflow orchestration platforms - Strong Kubernetes knowledge covering deployment patterns scaling reliability and production operations - Strong understanding of Kafka event streaming and integration patterns - Experience with Airflow or similar workflow and workload orchestration technologies - Strong architecture fundamentals covering security performance resilience availability and maintainability - Experience producing architecture diagrams ADRs roadmaps and nonfunctional requirements - Ability to translate business goals into practical technical designs and delivery plans - Strong stakeholder management communication and influencing skills - Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams - Ability to balance target state architecture with delivery feasibility and operational requirements - DevOps CICD automation and Infrastructure as Code knowledge is desirable - Experience defining test strategies quality gates and nonfunctional testing is beneficial - Knowledge of Linux PostgreSQL and broader opensource technology stacks is advantageous - Experience with monitoring logging ing and observability patterns is preferred Mandatory Skills : BI Solutions Architecture, Cloud Solution Architecture Good to Have Skills : CLOUDNATIVE-INFRA-ARCHITECTURE
