Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead based in the United States. The Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead will oversee a team managing personal injury cases from client onboarding through settlement or referral to litigation. This hands-on leadership role combines team development, case oversight, quality control, and client relationship management in a fully remote legal environment. You will ensure cases progress efficiently, medical records and treatment coordination remain on track, and demand packages meet high standards of accuracy and quality. Working closely with attorneys and other legal professionals, you will help guide case valuation, negotiation strategies, and decisions about when litigation is necessary. You will also improve workflows, monitor performance metrics, and strengthen accountability across the team.
