Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design Skills

An occupational therapy company for children is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant with excellent graphic design skills to join their dynamic and highly talented team. The role would include creating resources for a target market of mothers & children. These resources would be used at home and in the school environment. Core Tasks - Creating multiple e-books - Creating online downloadable worksheets which are illustrated / designed to meet the paediatric market - Create flyers and posters according to company's branding specifications - Design and layout of newsletters - Preparation of annual reports - Preparation of certificates, personalised cards and other materials for children - Web research, writing and curating content for 2 blog posts a week - General day-to-day assistance to the owner of the company - Other administrative and ad hoc tasks as may be delegated Key Strengths and Skills - Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal - Bachelor's Degree course preferred but not necessary - At least 3-4 years experience in a VA Design role - Proficient with creating beautiful graphic design work and ability to conceptualise designs based on company's branding / brief - Proven ability to complete illustrations & artwork on a given deadline - Exceptional web research and content writing skills - Experience and proven proficiency in the use of Photoshop and Indesign or similar programs - High attention to detail, initiative and resourceful - Ability to conceptualise designs based on company's branding - Keen to learn and contribute, flexible and committed to work - Ability to cultivate long term relationship with clients Offer details - Part-time, long-term work opportunity - Work hours: daytime hours, Monday to Friday - Salary: commensurate to qualifications and experience - Start Date: Immediate Originally posted on Himalayas
