As a Patient Journey Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing patient support operations, ensuring patients receive timely access to essential medications. You will oversee patient journey processes, monitor operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. Acting as a trusted resource for internal and external stakeholders, you will help navigate access and affordability challenges while ensuring a seamless patient experience. You will leverage data analysis and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and maintain high program standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support compliance, process consistency, and effective program delivery.
