Equipment Scheduler

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Equipment Scheduler based in Canada. As an Equipment Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing equipment logistics and supply chain operations across multiple project locations. You will oversee equipment mobilization and demobilization, transportation planning, inventory management, and international shipping activities to ensure resources are available when and where they are needed. Working closely with logistics providers, customs authorities, and internal operational teams, you will manage complex equipment movements while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. You will also monitor equipment availability, maintain certification records, and support effective capacity planning across depot locations.
