PACE Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PACE Consultant based in Australia. We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused consultant to work closely with an industrial customer, helping optimize maintenance, reliability, and shutdown operations through innovative software and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary onsite resource, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of the customer's operational workflows. You will configure, fine-tune, and troubleshoot AI-enabled tools in real time, ensuring they deliver practical value in complex industrial environments. Working closely with product, engineering, and professional services teams, you will translate customer feedback into actionable insights that improve technology and user outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to combine industrial expertise, technical problem-solving, and customer advisory work in a growing field. As the engagement develops, you may also help identify opportunities for additional training, consulting, and software adoption.
