In this pivotal advisory role, you will lead complex consulting engagements, orchestrate end-to-end service delivery, and mentor high-performing technical teams. Applications: https://emprego.clan.pt/ofertas-de-emprego/103690/cyber-manager-lisboa Key responsibilities - To lead and manage cybersecurity consulting projects, providing strategic guidance to clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. - To develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for clients, identifying risks and vulnerabilities, and proposing corrective measures. - To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer integrated solutions that address clients' cybersecurity challenges. - To provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and security standards, ensuring that clients meet legal and industry requirements. - To supervise and mentor more junior team members, offering support and professional development. - To contribute actively to sales and pre-sales activities (proposals, estimations, and delivery planning). Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Professional Experience: 6 - 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in consulting, leadership, or delivery management roles. - Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken). - Solid technical/functional background in at least one core Cyber domain (IAM, GRC, SOC, Incident Management, or Cloud Security). - Proven track record in end-to-end delivery management (budget, timelines, deliverables) and pre-sales/business development activities. - Demonstrated ability to lead, resource-allocate, and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams. - Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships. - Hybrid work model and willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
