Technical Manager - Platform Services Mobile Foundations

Our partner is looking for a Technical Manager – Platform Services Mobile Foundations based in Brazil. As a Technical Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for building and evolving the foundational technologies that power mobile and frontend experiences across a global digital platform. You will combine people leadership, technical architecture, and project delivery to develop scalable SDKs, platform services, and integrations that support essential capabilities such as identity, push notifications, and localization. Working closely with product, UX, backend, and consumer-facing engineering teams, you will align technical roadmaps with business priorities and drive complex initiatives from planning through deployment. Your expertise in React and React Native will help guide architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor engineers, support career development, and foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.
