In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of CRM data and calling lists, ensuring accurate imports, campaign configurations, and performance monitoring. You will analyze operational indicators to identify bottlenecks, track productivity, and improve contact and conversion rates. Acting as a bridge between operational leaders and CRM developers, you will translate business needs into clear technical requirements and help validate new solutions. You will also contribute to improving lead distribution, reporting processes, and operational management tools.
