Investment Compliance Technical Lead

This is a high-impact technical leadership role at the intersection of investment compliance, data architecture, and software engineering. You’ll lead the transformation of complex investment mandates and agreements into structured, deterministic, and auditable compliance systems. Working with a major asset management environment, you’ll solve challenging problems involving investment restrictions, amendments, exceptions, benchmarks, and effective dates. You’ll partner directly with legal, compliance, investment, and engineering stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into computable business rules. The role combines hands-on architecture and implementation with technical direction, giving you significant ownership from the outset. You’ll establish systems that make compliance rules searchable, testable, traceable, and reliable over time.
