Finance Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Director based in the India. This is a strategic finance leadership role supporting a rapidly growing consumer business. You will help build scalable financial infrastructure while partnering closely with leadership on high-impact business decisions. The role spans financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and analysis across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels. You will evaluate unit economics, channel performance, and key business drivers to identify opportunities for profitable growth. A major focus will be improving financial processes, reporting infrastructure, and forecasting frameworks. You will also help introduce AI, automation, and modern data tools to increase efficiency and strengthen analytical capabilities. The environment is fully remote, global, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, with significant ownership and direct exposure to strategic decisions.
