Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

Join a global consulting firm as a DevOps Engineer and help build, automate, and support secure, scalable cloud platforms powering both internal products and client-facing applications. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Docker, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure, and GCP to deliver reliable infrastructure and modern deployment solutions. Description - Deploy, manage, and optimize applications running on AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS). - Support and improve ArgoCD deployment processes, AWS Secrets Manager, and Kubernetes External Secrets Operator integrations. - Build and maintain Terraform and Terragrunt modules for infrastructure provisioning and automation. - Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana. - Support AWS services including IAM, S3, RDS, networking, and multi-account environments. - Work closely with development teams to deliver infrastructure enhancements and production-ready solutions. - Support deployment strategies, release management, rollback processes, and deployment metrics. - Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards. - Support projects involving PostgreSQL, PostGIS, MWAA, Airflow, ETL workflows, AWS Batch, Glue, EMR, ECS/Fargate, Databricks, and modern AI/LLM infrastructure, including MCP and RAG solutions. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment. Profile - 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including AWS EKS, VPC-CNI, Pod Identity, and Karpenter. - Solid experience with AWS, including IAM, S3, RDS, networking, multi-account, and multi-region environments. - Advanced knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices. - Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana monitoring solutions. - Experience with scripting and automation using Bash and YAML. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Fluent English communication skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with Terragrunt. - Knowledge of PostgreSQL, PostGIS, Airflow, MWAA, and ETL processes. - Experience with AWS Batch, Glue, EMR, ECS/Fargate, Databricks, or large-scale distributed workloads. - Understanding of cloud cost optimization and governance. - Exposure to Agentic AI workflows, MCP, RAG, or LLM infrastructure. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
