This role provides senior-level clinical and policy expertise supporting federal military health programs and Warfighter Brain Health priorities. The position bridges clinical healthcare delivery, health policy, and Department of War operational readiness. You will advise government and military health stakeholders on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) care and related clinical priorities. The role combines evidence-based analysis, stakeholder engagement, policy development, and program execution. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to identify care gaps, improve workflows, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. The position offers significant exposure to senior government leaders and high-impact healthcare initiatives. Success requires strong clinical judgment, policy expertise, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex federal environments.
