Senior Security Compliance Program Manager

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Security Compliance Program Manager to lead and strengthen a global Information Security Compliance Program. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of compliance initiatives, certifications, audits, and continuous improvement projects across multiple business units and regulatory environments. You will lead a team of compliance professionals while partnering with stakeholders across cybersecurity, technology, legal, privacy, HR, audit, and business operations. The position requires strong program governance, resource and budget management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to achieve complex business and compliance objectives. You will also drive operational improvements through automation, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities.
