We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Merchandising Promoter to strengthen product visibility and maximize sales performance across retail stores in Criciúma, Santa Catarina. In this role, you will represent well-known consumer brands directly at points of sale, ensuring products are strategically positioned, shelves are properly stocked, and promotional campaigns are effectively implemented. You will play an important role in creating attractive product displays, improving the shopping experience, and strengthening relationships with retail partners. Working independently in a field-based environment, you will monitor store performance, identify the best merchandising opportunities, and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
