Senior Director, Client Success

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Client Success based in United States. This is a senior client leadership role focused on managing strategic and complex healthcare relationships. You will oversee client performance, strengthen executive partnerships, and help protect long-term account value. The role combines relationship management, financial and operational analysis, and strategic problem-solving. You will lead recovery strategies for at-risk engagements and coordinate closely with operations and senior leadership. The position also involves identifying opportunities to expand services and demonstrate measurable value through reporting. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders while mentoring Directors and Client Success Managers. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced healthcare revenue cycle professional comfortable operating at an executive level.
