IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to join an industrial company, taking on a transversal role in the management and development of its Information Technology function. This role will combine operational responsibilities with close collaboration with the IT Team Leader, acting as a key support in managing and evolving the organisation's IT environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, hardware and software. - Administer access controls and firewalls, conduct regular security assessments and contribute to the protection of systems and data. - Manage backups and data recovery processes, ensuring the availability and reliability of information. - Develop reports using PHC and SQL Server. - Ensure information traceability throughout the entire production chain. - Implement and monitor internal IT policies and best practices, contributing to compliance with GDPR and NIS2 requirements. - Install, configure, update and maintain IT hardware, software and systems. - Provide technical support to users, ensuring the resolution of technical issues and supporting user training. - Identify opportunities for innovation, automation and continuous improvement of IT systems and processes. Requirements - Solid professional experience in IT management and systems and infrastructure administration. - Knowledge of servers, networks, firewalls, access management and backup solutions. - Experience with PHC and SQL Server, particularly in report development. - Knowledge of information security, data protection and compliance requirements, particularly GDPR and NIS2. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Strong organisational skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility and problem-solving abilities.
