This is a strategic client leadership role focused on the success, growth, and retention of a portfolio of employer clients. You will manage approximately 5–10 strategic accounts and serve as a trusted advisor to benefits leaders, consultants, and health plan partners. The role combines relationship management, healthcare expertise, data-driven consulting, and commercial ownership. You will drive program adoption, engagement, renewals, and expansion while helping clients achieve measurable outcomes. Working across implementation, clinical, product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams, you will turn client needs into coordinated solutions.
