PS Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Professional Services Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational processes for a global Professional Services organization. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across systems administration, resource planning, capacity forecasting, reporting, and process improvement. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring teams have the tools, data, and workflows needed to deliver customer projects efficiently and consistently. You will also oversee and develop operations team members while collaborating with stakeholders across delivery, finance, sales operations, and IT.
