Engineering Manager - Payments Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - Payments Integrations based in Germany. Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for connecting a global payments platform with PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways worldwide. You will own the technical direction and delivery of critical payment integrations that support international expansion. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical ownership across architecture, development, deployment, and production operations. You will help shape scalable, low-latency, highly available backend systems and integration frameworks used across multiple markets. Working closely with Product, Compliance, and Business teams, you will translate a fast-moving roadmap into reliable technical solutions. You will also champion AI-assisted engineering practices, embedding modern development and testing tools into the team's daily workflows.
