Senior Product Manager, Platform

We are seeking a technically fluent, AI-oriented Senior Product Manager to shape the shared platform capabilities behind a growing digital product. In this remote role, you will define the vision and roadmap for foundational systems that enable product teams to deliver better customer experiences more efficiently. Your scope will span subscriptions, billing, customer data, security, reliability, and developer productivity. You will also lead initiatives to integrate AI throughout the software development lifecycle and establish the infrastructure needed for trusted AI-powered customer experiences. Working closely with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams, you will turn complex technical priorities into measurable business outcomes.
