Product Owner (Customer Experience)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner (Customer Experience) based in Netherlands. We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey across a portfolio of consumer-facing products. You will identify opportunities to improve the experience of a large user base, remove friction throughout the customer funnel, and translate insights into measurable business growth. Combining product strategy with data-driven execution, you will independently explore analytics, develop evidence-based hypotheses, and guide initiatives from initial concepts through launch. Working closely with developers, analysts, and designers, you will shape product priorities and ensure every improvement delivers meaningful value.
