Account Executive, Customer Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Customer Growth based in the United States. This role owns expansion revenue across an established portfolio of enterprise customers, combining strategic account development with hands-on commercial execution. You will identify opportunities to grow adoption across users, business units, products, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions. The position places a strong emphasis on helping customers connect emerging AI capabilities to meaningful business outcomes. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors while developing multi-threaded strategies across complex buying environments. Working closely with Customer Experience, Services, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams, you will coordinate tailored strategies that drive customer value and revenue growth. You will manage everything from smaller transactional expansions to complex six-figure enterprise sales cycles. Success in this role requires customer empathy, commercial discipline, strong business judgment, and a consistent focus on exceeding revenue targets.
