I'm seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to support the development, deployment, and optimisation of AI-driven solutions across a large-scale digital transformation programme in Dublin. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious engineer or software developer looking to build a career in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science while working alongside experienced AI, Software, and Cloud Engineering teams. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, helping to develop innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and unlock value from complex data sets. Key Responsibilities: • Support the design, development, and deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions. • Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, AI models, and analytics platforms. • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver AI-driven projects. • Contribute to model training, testing, validation, and performance monitoring activities. • Support the integration of AI solutions with existing business and enterprise systems. • Prepare and analyse structured and unstructured datasets for AI and Machine Learning applications. • Assist with prompt engineering, generative AI initiatives, and large language model (LLM) implementations. • Develop technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing across project teams. • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices. The Successful Candidate Should Demonstrate: • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Software Development projects. • Understanding of Python and common AI/ML frameworks. • Knowledge of data processing, analytics, and model development concepts. • Familiarity with SQL and database technologies. • Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is advantageous. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced technology environment.
