Salesforce Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories that support successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to validate requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will also oversee business process mapping, maintain essential documentation, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position offers the opportunity to contribute to Salesforce-driven initiatives while improving processes and delivering effective technology solutions.
