Senior Manager, Platform Continuity

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Continuity based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to build and lead a newly established Platform Continuity team within a large-scale cloud infrastructure organization. In this role, you will oversee a distributed team of senior and staff-level Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) across the United States, Ireland, and Spain, ensuring the stability, efficiency, and operational health of multi-cloud environments. You will establish the team's operating model, strengthen infrastructure reliability, and drive automation to reduce repetitive operational work. Working across AWS and Azure environments, you will coordinate critical activities involving infrastructure management, monitoring, cloud costs, and application support. You will also collaborate with engineering and platform leadership to establish clear ownership, scalable processes, and effective operational practices.
