Co-Founder and CTO, Nuqe When the Ombudsman reviews a complaint, what decides it is whether the lender can show what it did at the time. Nuqe makes sure it can. Nuqe is a RegTech platform for FCA-regulated consumer lenders that can also run the loan book. It turns the law and each lender's policies into live settings, opens every duty a customer message triggers, drafts a cited reply for a person to approve, and keeps a sealed record of every step. The foundations are built and tested. We need the person who turns them into a product a regulated lender runs real customers on. The Role: - Own architecture, security and the AI layer. - Take Nuqe from tested foundations to a live pilot in 2028. - Build and lead the engineering team after the seed round. - Shape the product with the founder, as an equal partner. You: - Have taken a product to production as a CTO or founding engineer. - Have built systems where correctness matters: payments, ledgers, lending or fraud. - Are strong in Python and PostgreSQL, and still write code. - Have shipped AI in production with guardrails and human review. - Want to build from first principles, and own the outcome. You don't need to know consumer credit law. The founder does. Terms: Co-founder and director of Vianex Ltd. Significant founder equity, four-year vesting. Stipend until the seed round, then salary.
