Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics based in United States. This is a hands-on analytics leadership role focused on turning healthcare data into measurable business, clinical, and operational value. You’ll develop KPI frameworks, reporting solutions, and outcomes analyses that demonstrate program impact to clients and internal stakeholders. The role combines advanced SQL, business intelligence, healthcare economics, and quantitative analysis in a highly cross-functional environment. You’ll help translate complex findings into clear recommendations for executives, clients, commercial teams, and other nontechnical audiences. A key part of the position is supporting the quality and governance of AI-driven healthcare solutions through robust performance and safety measurement. You’ll also contribute to ROI modeling, value-based care initiatives, commercial growth, and emerging analytics capabilities.
