Advanced Practice Provider-Remote

Adjuvant is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our group practice. 100% of roles are remote. Role Description:The Advanced Practice Provider role is an essential role for Adjuvant Behavioral Health. This role is responsible for providing prescriptive clinical services, in coordination with Adjuvant’s clinical guidance. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Adjuvant Behavioral Health, the Prescriber responsibilities include – Primary Responsibilities: - Prescribe medication to patients that assist them in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making positive changes for their psychiatric well-being - Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports to satisfy both Joint Commission accreditation, insurance payers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health Operations Manual - Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition, based on review of client information - Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments or develop treatment plans - Refer patients, clients, or family members to ABH IOP, community resources or to specialists as necessary - Modify treatment activities or approaches as needed to comply with changes in clients' status - Complete administrative documentation for every client.
