Senior Data Analyst

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the DHA Disability Evaluation System. This position is fully remote. What You’ll Do: - Lead DES data analytics, reporting, data-quality monitoring, statistical analysis, and development of data frameworks supporting program performance and decision-making. What You Bring: Required: - 6+ years of systems and/or business analytics experience - 5+ years supervising or overseeing personnel - 3+ years identifying data frameworks necessary to execute analytical requirements - Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field - Relevant data analytics certification required, such as Google Data Analytics Professional, Microsoft, Tableau, AWS, or CAP - Must be able to successfully complete the required DHA Tier 1 background investigation - Must be able to obtain a CAC as needed - Must satisfy DHA security/onboarding requirements Preferred: - Experience integrating system-level data requirements and architectures into DoD-compliant enterprise architectures What We Offer: TSS offers a competitive benefits package to include: paid holidays, paid time off including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with a company match and discretionary profit sharing and tuition reimbursement Originally posted on Himalayas
