Content Marketing Manager (Polish)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time role on the Marketing team where you will own content marketing for the Polish-speaking market, shaping how businesses discover, understand, and trust an AI-powered communication platform built for SMEs. Your work will span the entire customer journey, from paid advertising to organic content and product positioning. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own website and landing page copy for the Polish-speaking market. - Write high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. - Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social campaigns. - Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms. - Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content. - Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing, and performance insights. - Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing roles. - Native-level Polish writing skills and fluent English proficiency. - Demonstrated experience writing high-performing copy for paid channels with measurable conversion or engagement results. - Background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment. - Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting. - Experience creating and executing organic social content strategies. - Proficiency with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven campaign optimization. - Experience scripting video ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms is a plus. - Experience with product positioning or go-to-market messaging development is a plus. - Familiarity with AI or SaaS product domains is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 45,000 to 55,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland.
